Ingredients

Basmati rice (water, basmati rice, seasonings), water, tofu (water, soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium sulphate), red pepper, chickpeas, cream, yogurt, green pepper, spinach, onion, modified corn starch, sugar, salt, potato starch, dehydrated garlic, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white vinegar), dehydrated onion, calcium silicate, spices, spice extract.

Contains: Milk, Soy.

Direction

Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Microwave

Remove cardboard sleeve. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Do not peel or pierce plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove plastic wrap. Enjoy!

Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove cardboard sleeve. Do not remove plastic wrap. Place tray on a baking sheet on the center rack of the oven. Heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove plastic wrap. Enjoy!
